Frequently asked questions

Shipping Can take from a Week up to 20 days, it really depends on where you are based. Orders can take from 2-5 days to get confirmed and ready to ship out. The order goes through me and I take it to the manufacturer who then preps the order and ships it out.

Return policy is a simple 30 day return policy.

Incase of a faulty item: pleases provide photo proof, with no photo proof I won't refund/exchange.

Incase of change of heart or an exchange: please contact me and ship the product back to me, I will refund or put in a new order for you when shippment has been confirmed.

Incase of over 30 days: ONLY INCASE OF: IF THE SHIPPMENT WAS LATE OR DIDN'T COME WITHIN THE 30 DAYS, I will request some sort of proof that the shippment was late or that you confirmed reciving it after 30 days and we can take it from there.
